Noa Mayer
The founder and principal of the firm, is one of Israel’s leading Business Development and Innovation professionals, with over 25 years’ experience in representing domestic and international businesses in Israel. She started her career as a lawyer at one of the top five Israeli law firms and subsequently moved on to senior management and consulting positions in Israel and Australia.
Noa is one of the leading Legal-Tech and Legal Ops experts in Israel and has extensive experience with law firms and with legal departments in designing and implementing processes and systems to improve organizational efficiency and to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
Noa’s experience includes setting up and heading the Business Development and Innovation Department at a top-tier law firm. She is the co-founder of the first Legal-Tech Forum in Israel, and served as co-chair of the Legal-Ops Forum of ACC Israel. Noa is also a Director of the Entrepreneurship Program at the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University and a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Reichman University.
